Academic Excellence

Two premiere research universities along with two additional four-year colleges make this region rich in secondary and post-secondary education.  Unlike so many other college populations, a majority of the graduates stay here in the region to pursue rewarding professional lives. The nurturing of an educated and skilled workforce begins with our children and young adults. We start preparing our children young, so they are well-versed in emerging technologies and markets, and incorporate a strong emphasis on STEM programs, robotics, and artificial intelligence. The Lewis-Clark Valley boasts some of the best K-12 school systems in the State. Here, where school performance is measured by academic growth and graduation rates, the Lewis-Clark Valley does a superb job of preparing children for college and career readiness.
