President & CEO

Jerry Chavez

Jerry Chavez

Jerry comes to Valley Vision, Inc. as the newest CEO/President with a 27-year career in economic development.  He's proud of charting successful pathways by executing initiatives that communities have otherwise struggled to implement.  He gets things done.

Over $2 billion of business capital investment has been captured through Jerry's leadership in small markets with populations under 60,000.

He began his career in economic development in 1994 as an AmeriCorps volunteer in Flagstaff, Arizona.  During his combined 17 years in the field, Jerry has served as CEO/President in Minot, North Dakota  and Marshall County in North Central Indiana.  He's also served in Great Falls, Montana and in a nineteen-county region of Mississippi.

Jerry specializes in marketing and locating business expansion deals.  He routinely applies the successful principles of a 'thinking-outside-the- box' attitude to secure business growth and prosperity, and he assembles
winning teams to fulfill economic  development objectives.

Jerry's innovative work has created thousands of good jobs and improved the quality of life everywhere he's been.

Office Manager

Andrea Jolliff

Andrea Jolliff

Andrea will seem like every other young professional in the Lewis-Clark Valley at first.  She's smart, enthusiastic and hard-working.  Yes, she's very much like hundreds of her peers across the region.  These educated young professionals make the Lewis-Clark Valley a great place to live, work, and play.

When you get to know her, you understand how vested she is in your company's success.  You will be hard pressed to find anyone who cares more about you and your staff than Andrea.  She works as hard as Jerry in helping you and your company relocate or expand here in the Valley.

As a native of this region, she gets it.  What's good for you is good for everyone living in the Valley.
